Librarian and Assistant required

We’ve had plenty of volunteers working behind the scenes in the choir and we’re always grateful for their hard work and enthusiasm. A very big thank you goes to Alan and Margaret who are stepping down from their roles after many years of service. So, now we’re on the look-out for people to fill their shoes.

Here’s an idea of what the task entails:

• Source the music (primarily through the Nottingham City Library) and collect from Keyworth Library
• Number Library copies and prepare sets/folders if several items to be issued
• Prepare a sheet to list the allocation to members
• Distribute copies at rehearsal
• Collect music after the concert, including pursuingcopies not returned
• Return Library music via Keyworth Library
